Departure from Fes in the morning. The journey begins with a scenic drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, nicknamed “Little Switzerland,” for its European charm, then continue to Azrou’s cedar forests where you may encounter wild Barbary macaques. After lunch in Midelt, cross the lush Ziz Valley with its endless palm groves before reaching Erfoud, the gateway to the Sahara. Switch to a 4×4 to reach the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy a camel ride at sunset before settling into your luxury desert camp. Dinner and Berber music by the campfire will complete your desert experience.
After breakfast, visit the traditional town of Rissani, known for its lively market. Continue toward Todra Gorge, a dramatic canyon with towering cliffs. Walk through its breathtaking passage before heading to the Dades Valley, famous for its unique rock formations and kasbahs. Overnight stay in a comfortable hotel.
Travel along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs and through the Valley of Roses before reaching Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco.” Explore its film studios and Taourirt Kasbah. Continue to Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and famous filming location. After a guided visit, drive across the Tizi n’Tichka Pass and descend into bustling Marrakech, where the tour concludes.
